Oh gracious that hurts in such a good way. :D I'm ashamed to admit that in the past I've led some pretty useless songs, but then later had the sense to realize they were garbage and placed them in file 13.

Sooooo true. I am actually going to pass this on to someone from my church. We have had some conversations about worship music, and this church is a tad bit resistant to hymns (except the obligatory hymn for those old folks at the beginning of the service). BTW, I met Phil Keaggy once too. Oh, oh, oh, and I had dinner with Keith Green and his wife years ago. :)
Too....true. An acquaintance of my daughter's just noted that it was easier to sing some of the songs they're playing (sigh) if you "put yourself in the part of the girl."
As if kids these days need any more reasons to be sexually confused. Ugh.
Ok, I only came back to visit Dan's blog today and saw this...which means I really haven't been so faithful lately! :p. Can't claim credit for the vid...saw it on FB via a friend's link, laughed real hard and thought, "Hey! I wonder if Dan would use this for Monday music!" (Tuesday's good, too.) :)
