Boffo book sale

Desiring God will be selling all its books online for only $5.00, June 27 and 28. That's a pretty terrific deal. Future Grace was particularly helpful to me, personally.

I expect to be making some purchases... well, if Oklahoma has The Internets, yet.

(Do they have WLANs in Oklahoma? And internet cafe's? And three-hole plugs? Anybody know? Anyone? Bueller?)

I know your kidding, but I actually think Oklahoma is a little further advanced then LA in many ways. It is amazing, I have to get out of my car more here in LA, then I ever did in OK. Okie's love their "drive throughs"... try Sonic drinks :)

I'm looking forward to some purchases. Anyone know if there is a limit? I'm thinking I'll be set for Christmas, graduation gifts, etc. for years to come. Seriously. Any reason not to buy 30 copies of DG?

Ahem, we are quite "up to date" here in Oklahoma! As a matter of fact, the world has Oklahoma/Oklahomans to thank for a number of "modern conveniences"!!!

Yeah, about the sale: I find myself silently chanting, "Open, open, open...". Yes, I know, I know, there's more to life than a book sale, but so many of those "other things" are overrated anyways ;)

I just wanted to say thanks Dan, after reading the first three chapters of Future Grace on the website, I had to order it ... and only three other books too! I hope to hear your thoughts someday on how this book was particularly helpful to you ... but wait until I finish it. ;-)

I am pleased to report that that many of my friend and family in Oklahoma now have running water and indoor toilets.
