You paid attention during 97% of high school!
85-100% You must be an autodidact, because American high schools don't get scores that high! Good show, old chap!
Do you deserve your high school diploma?

The truth is, I was an inattentive and notional high-school student until my senior year, when the Lord saved me and everything changed. I've often wished I could go back and pay better attention... starting in about fourth grade!

Outstanding, Dan!
I got a 91%, knew immediately that I had "reasoned" (okay, guessed) wrong on the Magna Carta and Shakespeare questions, went back and re-reasoned, and scored a phony (yet curiously satisfying) 100%.
Miracles never cease -- a 97 here as well. My wife coughed up her morning coffee and demanded a recount.
91%. I think the test has something against women. I blame congress.
100% the second time. Much better.
Terry — ...scored a phony (yet curiously satisfying) 100%
I would have been curiously satisfied (and still pleasantly surprised) with a 71%.
I got a 97%. I probably got the gender question wrong.
This is my first comment to this sight and I'm happy to be able to start off with a bang - a surprising 100% on the first go-round. (Surprising because I had no recall of how to figure the area of a triangle. If it hadn't been a right triangle I'd have been lost. As it was I had to think, "Well, that would be half the area of the rectangle, I think." But I guess that's how it's done.)
One half base times height. Which is exactly what you did.
I refuse to take the test. Tests are dumb, and really don't prove what someone has learned. Besides, I've been out of high school for almost 35 years, how can I be expected to remember any of that stuff??
Doulos,
Most test takers get many of the easy questions correct. Answer the easier questions first (like the first two on your age and gender) then go back to figure out the more difficult ones.
91% for me, but I gotta confess that I learned most of this stuff AFTER high school! :-)
I have taken this quiz twice because I wasn't satisfied with my first score (80%) and by using Mr. Rayburn's method received a 87% which I will accept. But i will agree with one of your other commenters much of this I learned in college rather than High School.
Pfft. I got 100%. That proves just how meaningless this test is.
97%.
When I saw my high school transcripts as a new college student (after my kids started elementary school), I was amazed I had a high grade point average. I was in an altered state of consciousness most of the time in those days.
Of course, I blame Californians for that too.
