Is it... can it be...? (Hebrew accent)
So here's a word from Proverbs 6:10.
It could be transliterated as ma`at, and it means "a little," or "a bit." Let me show you a couple of things about it. First, the large characters are the consonants:

I've never seen that accent squiggle in 40 years of viewing Hebrew texts. There are various marks in Torahs. But they indicate the way to chant the words-they are almost musical notations.
Which sources use that squiggle?
