Infamous Cat-Woman Auto-tuned: "You Just Can't Hug Every Cat"

OK, now: I resisted the temptation (though urged by some) to post this... well, this funny and talented or scary and unhinged woman. Take your pick.

Yet, well, lookie there, I posted it. Why? Because you need to have seen that to appreciate this, and it's worth it:

HA! XD Thanks for the early-morning laugh. :)

I don't think she loves cats enough. She's probably not even tried to hug every cat. Poser.

Haha! I hadn't seen that. That's a special kind of crazy.

I watched the next video in the first one and turns out...surprise, surprise...she is an actress and this is just some type of fancy hoax. A local FOX station ran a story on it. I don't know whether I find it comforting to know that somebody finds it good to be able to act that crazy, though.

This song is going to be in my head all day. My kids are dancing the cat moves.

Finally!

A good and proper use for auto-tune.

I'm totally happy she's an actress. It always somewhat bothers me on YouTube when people are entertained by folks who actually are that mentally unhinged.

If I understand correctly, in electronic versions of books you may be able to embed small videos or links. If so, you can enhance the "About the Author" section with your video profile, and I think this would be a perfect template.

Only difference would be, this one wouldn't be fake.

I pick funny and talented, though I thought it was scary and unhinged at first (until she mentioned whiskers and noses and the phrase "in a basket").

I needed tissues by the end because I was laughing so hard.

Villanova MBA grad? I knew something was fishy. But still, that was fun. My kids agree unanimously.

WV: shmodur (What's that shmodur? I smell a shmuck.)

Even though it is fake, I've been back to watch the songify video about 5 times today. I can't wait to get home and show my wife and hear how loud she laughs at it. I love the cat in the Tampa Bay Rays uniform.

My cat just left the room.

I think I want to autotune my recordings of Eric Martin reading the New King James Bible New Testament. John 1:1-4 would be a good place to start.

I like turtles.

But do you want to hug them all?

Oh man, I was completely CREEPED OUT by the first vid. Jay - you're right about not being entertained by someone so unhinged. I was thinking it was drugs... glad she's an actress instead.

Shudder.

I love all the comments, but want Naomi and Cindy in particular to know that you got my day off with a much-needed smile that stayed with me. Cindy's is best if "heard" with a North Carolinian lilt, I think; perhaps with a "bless her heart" as a capper.

And, for Fred's sake, remember: at this blog, we like turtles.

Thank goodness! She really is an actress! When I watched the first video, it crossed my mind that she could be an actress, but she cried so very well that I had to think she was just simply nuts!

Loved the second vid. Would download the Songify app if I had an iPhone....

Okay, this nut (yours truly) watched vid #1 again with full screen, and I have to say that full screen shows her as a fake almost immediately because she has no tears!

That was 2:28 of my life I can never get back.

I'm sorry. I'm still laughing..... And I like to run.
