My sermons and talks online

From time to time I get asked whether I have any sermons online. Indeed I do (get asked, and have them).

After answering the last email last week, it seemed like a good idea to put them all together in a post — and, ladies and gentlemen, this is that post!
This post contains lectures in a conference on the Sovereignty of God

Lectures from a conference on Proverbs

Sermons from River City Grace church in Sacramento, CA (search for my name)

Select Dan Phillips as preacher, and this has a bunch of sermons

More sermons here

Thanks for sharing. It was nice to put a voice to the face/text :)

It sounds more like James Earl Jones in my head, but more like Wally Cox on a recording.

Sweet- thank you! I'm thinking the sermons on Proverbs would be a great warm-up before my copy of the book arrives. Can't wait :o)

Thanks, Dan!

I didn't even have to ask thanks to readers who did!

Thank you very much, but here are my questions:

Is it toe-bee kee-wee? or two-bee kee-wee?

And what does it mean, if I haven't already asked?

It's to be kiwi, as in, if I could live anywhere on this planet, it would be New Zealand. It's as if the good Lord spared no details creating that very small 2 island country to be one of the most stunningly beautiful places on earth... mountains, glaciers, clear running streams, fjords, not to mention the long stretches of beaches, no poisonous snakes, etc.
And no, we haven't visited, yet (sigh). Someday, DV.
And yes, I'm a Lord of the Rings fan ;o)

Why is it when you look at someone without hearing them their voice is inevitably different in your head than in real life?

Great stuff Dan!

Thanks for sharing.

tobekiwi, I wondered whether that was it. Yes, don't they just look gorgeous? I still remember one of my sporting magazines, probably from the 70s, showing trout fishing (or was it char?) in New Zealand, and I thought "What a gorgeous scene!"

So does that mean you're pining for the fjords?

More sermons? Aw shucks. I already loaded the mp3 player.

"Pining for the fjords, what kind of talk is that?"

I was clueless, so I bing-ed it. The stuff you learn from the interwebs! ;o)

Dan, c'mon. You wrote books, and now we get to hear you speak? What did we do to deserve such riches?

Thanks. These are so helpful!
