If you're a fan of the TV series 24, you probably know the "Facts about Jack Bauer" lists. (I won't link because, while some are hysterical, others are not for our homeschooling moms... well, really, they're not for any of us).
Well, now James White has arrived. This has to be the coolest thing for him: there is a Little-Known Facts About James White list, and it's terribly creative and funny.
(h-t -- who else? James White)

He he...
Even some of these are edgy. (see Servetus and non-elect babies)

Thank you. Chivalry isn't dead after all.
I am the author of the post, and the one who came up with the original list before the comments.
I have to admit some trepidation on those two. I really did try to exercise some restraint, and some of the commenters and I had out-of-band discussions via email about how far one could go with this.
For the original list I largely took my queue from comments Dr. White has made in the last couple of years. He has said that people thought of him as a "baby-eating Calvinist," and given the discussions in some forums about whether all infants who die are saved, it clicked.
Regarding Servetus... well, he's been dead a long time, and by now everybody should know that Servetus' death shouldn't be held against Calvin (any more than anybody else in that day and age, at any rate). And the first time I saw Dr. White in person he had this insanely powerful laser pointer that looked like he had swiped it from a lab at MIT, and he was whipping it around in a dark sanctuary before a presentation and making lightsaber noises. For some reason I put the two together.
I can't believe I wrote "queue" instead of "cue."

I wasn't going to say anything.

As to the rest, I agree with Chris: edgy. But I don't think he meant that as a slam or condemnation, nor do I.

Indeed. I just wish I was that clever.
