NO ONE is going to thank me for this

From the relatively sublime to the... the.... Oh. My. Gosh.

Well... at least there's a decent Wilhelm.

But on the other hand, Bea Arthur. Not only that, but Bea Arthur singing. < Click here >

And everything else — by which I do mean everything else.

(Please assign ultimate blame to... well, to Hollywood. But assign proximate blame to Craig.)

Why oh why would you want to cut anything out of a classic?

Thank You!

This was even better than when I was fourteen.

I love you, man.

Wow. This makes me sad I missed the 70s. What a wonderfully inspirational message, LOL :)

I saw it live on TV....I share to ease the pain of the scars.

There is no brillo pad for the brain.

You do know that some of us have to sleep after this?

It's a fine 2 Corinthians 10:5 mess you've gotten us into this time...

LeeC said...

I've got a bad feeling about this....

LeeC said...

It's Philippians 4:8 that I'm concerned about.

That's first time for a very long stretch that I have been open-mouth shocked.

Still, Han Solo *sigh*

And now my four year old wants to watch the trilogy again. That's the morning gone...

Well then, don't follow Lee's link. The whole blessed/blasted thing is on line. Like looking at a car accident. I had to tear myself away. It just... I... it... I have no words.

*rubs hands with glee*

"I have you now"

It's a Weapon of Mass Disturbance.

Just think of the poor people whose names are on the credits for that.

BTW, you don't think I really have watched it beyond 1978 do you? I just share with others. >;)

I'm so glad I spent the 70s watching quality television like the Donny and Marie Show.

I am also glad that I didn't play this while I was at work yesterday. (During my lunch break, of course.)

Libbie,

A friend of mine and I watched the sixtology (I don't think that's a word) one day. We felt pretty proud about it - all six episodes in one day. Is it me, or everytime I watch the Episode III I feel I have to watch Episode VI. (I just like good endings).

It's not just you carlo- it's the canoloa oil

Strong Tower said...

Oh and carlo, it would be a sextology, but you might want to avoid that term-

Complements of my Latin wise daughter the English major who is now paying me back for all those times I corrected her I's and me's.

Carlo said...

Thomas,

Thanks for the correction. I'm not opposed to using correct terminology no matter what it sounds like.

Well carlo, I am married to a very nice woman who blushes at things like that- not that she doesn't slip into truckstopese, but when she thinks it means something profane, I get the couch...

Was that Mark Hamill pre or post accident/face reconstruction?

Just curious.
