Slick animated short: "Pigeon Impossible"

How good? The 'way-up-in-the-air sequence gave me the willies, and I'm not particularly acrophobic.

(Thanks to Laura Kelleher for the tip.)

Wow! That was good! Well, except for the part where I almost fainted (because, unlike you, I'm seriously acrophobic).

I always knew there was a nefarious purpose for having an obelisk in D.C.

This missile business is just a nifty diversion from the real purpose, Sandman. Don't you realize that the monument was built in the shape of an obelisk so that the Egyptian Sun God Ra would take up shop, so to speak, and help the Masons secretly run the country?

No? Well, then...mission accomplished!

Ha! Haha! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

(ahem) Excuse me...

Thanks for posting this. Nice to watch on a break.

Was this guy supposed to be the President?

Well done video. I think Pixar, and this kind of animation will one day make the other kind, Pinnochio, Lion King, and so on, obsolete.

Man, and I just watched 1-3/4 hours of Pixar animation shorts on TV tonight prior to this! This is awesome.

(And at the risk of having ppl. mistake me to be an animal-hater, I have to say that I was actually glad when the rocket nosedived into that pigeon. Sorry, but it annoyed me--so greedy! Thank goodness it isn't real.) :p

Well, 3GD, my friends' dogs tend to like me (and I them), and when I meow to cats, they sometimes respond. (Gasp! Yes, they actually do!) I don't have much "luck" with squirrels, however--they tend to be a bit too aggressive for my liking. (Not you, O Mighty Squirrel of Babylon--your furry cousins, I mean.) :)
