Monday music - "Frankenstein," by Edgar Winter

Among the fun rock that came out in the 1970s is Edgar Winter's synthesizer-fest, "Frankenstein."

40 years old this November. I remember watching them play it on Midnight Special.

Oh my word...this reminds me of summers past, riding around in my brothers '69 Chevelle, and his 8-track.

Synthesizer-fest, yes... Edgar seems to know his electronica well. But he plays a mad sax and drums too! Not bad. My favorite part was the bass-player's facial expression throughout the entire video.

If you had heard this song as many times as I have back in the day due to its excessive play in Pittsburgh, you would find a dentist's drill more appealing!
