Monday music: "Bohemian Rhapsody," Rick Miller

Well, I think we're about due for yet another version of BH.

This very talented gent produced one of the funniest versions I've seen... but the pity is that, like so many performers, he spoils it with an unnecessary crudity.

I tried at length and without success to find a way to embed it with a stop-point.

Best I could do was create it with a stop parameter on Splicd, and send you there. Here y'go:

ROTFL over THE funniest "Bohemian Rhapsody" so far!! (And personally, I don't think Andrea Bocelli's THAT annoying.) :D

I wonder if the last little bit that may be crude in some peoples eyes is totally about Guns and Roses attitude. Parody is about taking something from someone or somewhere and embellishing it. To "flick the bird" as he does at the end is actually far less offensive than what GnR does in concert and their lives. (playing concerts so drunk out of their skulls they forget lines or not bothering to play as promised).I am not a fan of them as I find their attitude to life and especially their attitude to women offensive. Ricks "nothing really matters except me" is not the original Queen line. That was "nothing really matters TO me" So I guess his line change and last sign is fitting it with GnR. As a Kiwi flicking the bird is not regarded as offensive as someone in the US may find it as well.
